Every pool mastic replacement we complete is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. If our work fails, we come back and fix it free.
What’s Covered
If the sealant we installed separates, lifts, or fails due to our application or preparation within 1 year of the job date, we return and redo the affected area at no charge. No fees, no runaround.
- Premature sealant separation or lifting
- Adhesion failure caused by our prep or application
- Any workmanship defect in our installation process
What’s Not Covered
- Ground shifting, soil settlement, or expansive clay movement
- Tree root intrusion or underground pressure damage
- Areas where homeowner or third party applied DIY products or repairs on top of our work
- Normal wear beyond the 1-year warranty period
Note on North Texas clay soil: North Texas clay soil is one of the most active in the country. Ground movement is a natural condition outside our control — but we use flexible Sika sealants specifically rated for soil movement to give you the best chance of a long-lasting result.
